ICC has now ( 2025) Ca.4600 VIPs on the invitation list and is still growing.

 Background for the establishment of “International Club Copenhagen, ICC”:
1/1 2003 A Club has been established in Copenhagen by the name ” “INTERNATIONAL CLUB COPENHAGEN”, ICC”.
The FIRST meeting was 21/1 2003 with the Minister for Integration, fmr. Minister for European Affairs HE Bertel Haarder speaking at a dinner at “Langeliniepavillonen” about ”EUROPE AFTER COPENHAGEN”.
Everybody involved agrees, that "International Club Copenhagen" should have been established long time ago, as there is virtually no European Capital without an ”International Club”.

Selected groups representing important activities in Denmark and the World are Invited, if they (by meeting the other members) through activities and DIVERSITY can inspire to Innovation on a leading level and  this way create further cooperation between Denmark and the World”. 

Short version: WHEN YOU ACCEPT MEMBERSHIP AFTER HAVING RECEIVED AN INVITATION, YOU ONLY ACCEPT TO RECEIVE INVITATIONS AND THAT YOUR NAME WILL BE ON THE MEMBER-LIST (not published on Internet).
The invitation is strictly personal.
You don´t have to sign anything.The membership is FREE /or 300 D.Kr.voluntary as you like.

Besides Meetings, the Club creates contact (on a non-profit basis) between the members and others for the same purpurse.
ICC has now ( 2018) Ca.4100 VIPs on the invitation list and is still growing.

Members receive usually one e-mail every month. Only more if necessary because of important invitation.

Your e-mail-adress will only stay by the President /Administrator and NEVER be sent to others.

The annual report of the President 20 05 2019 at ICC General Assembly.
ICC – International Club Copenhagen-2019

The ICC was founded by Hasse Ferrold and Bernhard Braumann in 2003.
ICC – International Club Copenhagen still enjoys the great and tireless work Hasse does as
ambassador and Honorary member. Hasse is our ‘man in the field’ who, day after day,
manifests the ICC in relation to all of our stakeholders through his participation in large and
small events, his resourcefulness and large networks.

Over the last year, Hasse and I have had an excellent and respectable collaboration where one of my first tasks as a newly elected president was to get our GDPR under control and to
optimise our newsletters.

In the period September to April, on the first Monday of each month we have held the ICC
Forum, where somewhere between 20 and 45 members have benefited from positive and
relevant contributions from number of speakers. Culture and networking have been the focal
point as well as being able to enjoy a glass of wine.

International Club Copenhagen is a by invitation only network and there is no membership fee.
At the beginning of the year, the ICC had a cash fortune of 11.327. This has been used both for food and for the basic establishment of a website. In the financial year, 868 kr has been our total collected revenue. As president and owner of CXOPeople, I have personally sponsored the premises, cleaning and part of the beverage fund to the ICC Forum. At the end of the financial year, the assets are 0.

Looking ahead, we examine whether sponsors can be obtained for new events, as well as new event themes considered in terms of form and content. We expect clarification on this after the summer of 2019.
In the future we will continue to circulate newsletters containing great offers and events.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our founder Hasse Ferrold for his hard work, and also thank you to our ICC Manager Jason Jones and ICC Manager Simon Carslund. Our Honorary Panel, our auditors and all the Members who actively support our events are also being thanked and greatly appreciated.

The G.A. has been legally called.
The Account is now 0.00 DKK, and there is continued ZERO-Membership Fee.

All incoming suggestions were Decided with General Consent:
Constitution Section 4: Structure of the Presidium and appointment of Honorary Members : The Founders Hasse Ferrold and Bernhard Braumann leave the Presidium 20/3 2018 and will automatically be honorary members of the club as long as they want without any financial or other obligations. ICC thank them for their efforts related to the Founding and activities of ICC.
Constitution ARTICLE III: The expression “PRESIDIUM” is everywhere in the Constitution replaced by “Honorary Panel” (Advisors).
Constitution ARTICLE VI, 6: That ALSO implicates that …
Constitution Article I: Hasse Ferrold has the exclusive right to use the name International Club Copenhagen ,ICC or ICC on his websites ,which he has the exclusive right alone to keep “as is” or edit . This is to keep info about ICC and other things if / when a new ICC Website will be made.
